Program is regularly updated with new sessions.
Friday May 15, 2026 12:30 - 14:00 CEST
This workshop explores accessibility in games through a mix of short input and hands-on, gamified ideation. After a concise introduction to common barriers and existing solutions, participants engage in structured exercises to generate new ideas for inclusive game design. The focus lies on experimentation, perspective shifts, and actionable concepts. The session aims to expand how developers and players think about accessibility beyond current standards.

//AUDIENCE:: Game developers, designers, students, and players interested in accessibility, inclusive design, and experimental ideation methods.
//REQUIREMENTS:: No coding or technical knowledge required. Basic interest in games and openness to collaborative work.
//BRING:: Optional: laptop or tablet.
//SENSITIVE TOPICS:: Accessibility may touch on disability, exclusion, and bias in design. The workshop will be conducted respectfully and inclusively and I encourage everyone to do so.

For this workshop online registration is not required to attend. The spots will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis, so make sure to be at the workshop location at least 10 minutes before the starting time.
